We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy as outlined below.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn or unused
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Some products sold by The Kingdom Collection are produced using print-on-demand manufacturing. Because these items are custom printed when an order is placed, they may only be replaced if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
